- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any non-customized products [INDEX].
- To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, uninstalled at the memorial site, and in their original secure protective packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Crucial Exceptions)
To respect the nature of memorialization, we cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Any stones, plaques, or ornaments with custom engravings (names, dates, or custom text) [INDEX].
- Opened Seasonal Botanicals: Artificial floral wreaths or bouquets that have been untied or exposed to outdoor environments.
📦 Return Shipping & Processing
- Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund Processing: Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days [INDEX].
